Business Development Manager

 

We are looking for a Business Development and Fundraising Manager who will be tasked with defining and executing a fundraising strategy while establishing new corporate partnerships.

Overall Requirements:

  • Time Commitment: 5 - 7 hours per week leading up to an event, generally 10 - 12 hours a month total

  • Monthly Meetings

  • Unpaid volunteer role

Skills Required:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication

  • Has a ‘doer’ mentality, team oriented, proactive and has a willingness to learn, ability to be proactive, plan and manage expectations

  • Has experience in PR, marketing, business development, sales and/or fundraising

  • Quick and responsive, ability to plan out needs

  • Enjoys networking, establishing new relationships, ability to clearly communicate and position Reveal Beauty’s purpose, programs, drive awareness and drive in-kind financial donations

  • Works closely with the Partnerships, Marketing and Programs Team

  • Preferably has a background in sales and/or fundraising

Job Description:

  • Be part of a greater team, helping to execute against Reveal Beauty’s Business Development and Fundraising Strategy focused establishing new (corporate) partnerships and in-kind financial donations

  • The position will be supporting the establishment for all new corporate partnerships, introducing Reveal Beauty’s  purpose, programs and brand awareness to new corporate global / local brands and creating a longer-term (lifetime) relationship with our new partners

  • The goal is to ensure frequent communication and coordination, establishing new corporate relationships and partnerships with local partners, and collaborating to further the mission in empowering survivors through their healing process

  • Requirements: Excellent communicator, organized, responsive.  Preferably has a background in business development, sales, PR, promotions, account and/or customer success

  • Reports to the Business Development Director
