Operations Coordinator

 

We are looking for a Operations Coordinator who will be tasked with coordinating internal communication within Reveal Beauty’s teams and responding to volunteers inquiries.

Overall Requirements:

  • Time Commitment: 5 hours per month

  • Monthly Meetings

  • Unpaid volunteer role

Skills Required:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication

  • Has a ‘doer’ mentality, team oriented, proactive and has a willingness to learn, ability to be proactive, plan and manage expectations

  • Quick and responsive, ability to plan out needs

  • Preferably has a background in business administration and/or operations

Job Description:

  • Be the glue, coordinating between different programs, events, teams and logistics with volunteer needs and requests / inquiries

  • Proficiency in DocuSign, Excel, Gmail, Google Docs, etc. Open to learning new softwares

  • The position will be supporting our operations team and Executive Administrator to ensure all volunteer related communication and support is available

  • The goal is to ensure frequent communication and coordination, establishing new volunteer relationships and partnerships, collaborating among Reveal Beauty’s leadership team to further the mission in recruiting / growing / strengthening longer-term volunteers to support our programs in empowering survivors through their healing process

  • Very detailed oriented and has a burning desire to help volunteers find information / be connected to Reveal Beauty’s programs

  • Reports to the Executive Administrator
